British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, died after a crash during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal on Friday. The stage was suspended, and the podium ceremony was cancelled. Tarling, a time-trial specialist, rode for the NSN Development Team and was the brother of Ineos rider Josh Tarling.
