Maharashtra FDA issues notices to Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff over Vimal ad

Maharashtra's FDA has issued show-cause notices to actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Tiger Shroff for allegedly indirectly promoting pan masala through a 2024 Vimal Elaichi advertisement. The notice, issued on August 11, directs them to stop participating in the campaign and remove related content from social media. The FDA says the ad may mislead consumers and constitute surrogate promotion of a prohibited product.
