Punjab CM declares 80th Independence year as women's economic freedom

On India's 80th Independence Day, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann declared the coming year as one of economic freedom for the state's women, citing over 65 lakh receiving Samman Rashi under the Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojna. He also highlighted employment for 69,093 youth, canal water reaching 88% of fields, and ongoing development initiatives.
