Binance provided Russian authorities with details of cryptocurrency donations to Ukrainian fundraising campaigns, which were used to charge Russian IT specialist Alexander Belenkiy with terrorism financing. The exchange had claimed to fully exit Russia in 2023 but still responded to law enforcement requests.
