BJP names Deepak Mhaskey as new IT cell chief

The BJP has appointed Deepak Mhaskey, an academic and former Engineers India Limited board member, as head of its IT and social media department, replacing Amit Malviya, who led the unit for over a decade. Mhaskey, chairman of Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation, will oversee digital operations as the party expands its online outreach.
