Cambridge's youngest Black professor found dead after racism campaign

Jason Arday, who became Cambridge University's youngest Black professor in 2023, was found dead at his London home on August 14, days after resigning amid a campaign of plagiarism allegations. An investigation cleared him, but the media and online attacks, fueled by anti-Black racism, continued. His death has been called institutional murder.
