Nearly 30 years after Tupac Shakur was killed in a Las Vegas drive-by shooting, the only man ever charged, Duane "Keffe D" Davis, is now on trial. Prosecutors use Nevada's felony-murder law to hold Davis responsible even if he didn't fire the gun. Davis has pleaded not guilty.
