Witness Testifies Tupac Refused to Cooperate After Shooting

In the opening of Tupac Shakur's murder trial, prosecutors accused former gang leader Duane "Keffe D" Davis of orchestrating the 1996 drive-by shooting that killed the rapper. A police officer testified that Shakur, after being shot, refused to cooperate, saying "We'll take care of it." Davis, 63, has pleaded not guilty.
