Bolivia has arrested Fernando Cerimedo, an Argentine political consultant linked to right-wing leaders, on suspicion of plotting a murder. The arrest follows an attack on activist Nadia Beller, who was shot in Santa Cruz and believes she was targeted for opposing Decree 5503 and exposing corruption.
