Panettiere's boyfriend was at apartment where she died

Hayden Panettiere's on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother were at her South Carolina apartment when she died, according to a police report. Paramedics performed CPR but she was declared dead at 2:31 p.m. No cause has been determined, and no signs of trauma or foul play were found.
