Palestinian factions weigh broad alliance for November polls

Hamas and other Palestinian factions, including a breakaway Fatah group led by Mohammed Dahlan, are exploring a unified electoral list for the November 28 legislative elections, the first since 2006. Fatah, however, refuses to join Hamas on a single list. The elections face challenges from Israel's war on Gaza and West Bank violence.
