Kosovo authorities have discovered skeletal remains of at least 23 people in three suspected mass graves in the Zubin Potok area, believed to be victims of the 1990s ethnic conflict. The remains are likely of ethnic Albanians abducted and executed in 1999. DNA testing will confirm identities, and three men have been arrested on suspicion of war crimes.
