India's I4C cyber wing has introduced an online Money Restoration Module (MRM) allowing fraud victims to request refunds of frozen funds without visiting offices. Victims must use their NCRP acknowledgement number and OTP to apply, with verification and legal procedures applying. The government reports saving over Rs 11,158 crore across 32.80 lakh complaints.
