Somali pirates hijacked an oil tanker off Yemen, the latest in a resurgence of piracy that has seen six commercial vessels seized since April. The Eritrean-flagged M.T. Sibu 1 was taken with 20 crew members aboard, mostly Indians. The tanker was previously sanctioned by the U.S. for allegedly belonging to an Iranian shadow fleet.
