Infantino defies FIFA VP by attending Caribbean youth event

FIFA President Gianni Infantino attended a Caribbean youth soccer tournament despite a request from FIFA Vice President Victor Montagliani to stay away amid a governance crisis. Montagliani warned the visit would distract from the event, following Infantino's withdrawal of a plan to sell World Cup profits to investors.
