Gandhi Museum urges owners to preserve letters, not auction them

After 86 Gandhi items, including 688 handwritten reflections, sold for Rs 16.20 crore at a Saffronart auction, National Gandhi Museum director A Annamalai called the sale 'deeply distressing and painful.'
