Congress MLA seeks Hooda's removal from CWC over Sajjan Kumar remarks

Congress MLA Kuldeep Sharma urged party president Mallikarjun Kharge to remove Deepender Singh Hooda from the Congress Working Committee after Hooda praised late leader Sajjan Kumar, convicted in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Sharma said the remarks reopened wounds and could hurt Sikh support ahead of Punjab polls. Hooda expressed regret, saying he never intended to hurt sentiments.
