India Designates Shahzad Bhatti Network as Terror Group

India's Home Ministry has designated the Shahzad Bhatti Network (SBN) as a terrorist organisation under the UAPA. The network, led by Pakistani influencer Shahzad Bhatti, recruited vulnerable youth across 14 states for tasks like pasting posters, installing CCTV cameras, and planting explosives. Over 200 suspects were detained in a nationwide crackdown ahead of Independence Day.
