Smith sets Ohio State receiving record in 59-3 rout

Jeremiah Smith became Ohio State's career receiving yardage leader as the sixth-ranked Buckeyes routed Kent State 59-3 on Saturday in Columbus. Smith caught five passes for 85 yards, surpassing Michael Jenkins' 2,898 yards. Ja'Kobi Jackson scored twice and quarterback Julian Sayin threw for 242 yards and two touchdowns as Ohio State rebounded from last week's loss at Texas.
