At least two people were killed and six injured in a massive Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region, according to Governor Andrei Vorobyev. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said 450 drones targeting the capital were downed, part of over 1,600 intercepted since Saturday. An oil refinery was damaged. The attack coincided with the final day of Russia's parliamentary elections.
