Fighting on Yemen's west coast has driven thousands to flee by boat across the Bab al-Mandab Strait to Djibouti over the past ten days. The UN migration agency says people arrive on overcrowded boats with very limited food and water. Officials in the port town of Obock are preparing for up to 10,000 refugees, after an Iran-backed Houthi offensive to seize a key island and the port of Mokha.
