Major US television networks have suspended pooled coverage of President Donald Trump after the White House blocked CNN from serving as the rotating pool representative for his UNGA trip. Fox News, which chairs the consortium, said no replacement pool would be installed. CNN, MS NOW and Politico are suing the administration, arguing the White House ban violates First Amendment press freedoms.
