IDB drafts two-year Venezuela engagement plan

The Inter-American Development Bank is preparing a two-year engagement plan for Venezuela focused partly on electricity and social protection, IDB President Ilan Goldfajn said. Goldfajn told Reuters the bank is "reengaging," with missions assessing the macroeconomic framework and data to shape the plan.
