The UK has agreed to provide air-to-air refuelling support to Saudi jets defending energy infrastructure against Iran-backed Houthi fighters, Prime Minister Andy Burnham said ahead of his first meeting with Donald Trump. An RAF Voyager will assist for several weeks after Houthi advances near the Bab al-Mandab strait. Burnham will also urge Trump to de-escalate the conflict in Iran.
