India's free trade agreement with New Zealand will come into force on October 20, giving duty-free access to 100% of Indian exports, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal announced. The pact, signed in April, aims to boost bilateral trade to Rs 35,000 crore and facilitate $20 billion in investment over 15 years.
