FCC Chair Brendan Carr Tied to Controversial AA Group

Brendan Carr, the FCC chair, was a member of a rogue Alcoholics Anonymous group in his teens and 20s that some former members compared to a cult, according to a Guardian investigation. Former members allege sexual exploitation of young women occurred, but say Carr did not participate and was himself a victim.
