Renewed fighting in Yemen could push 10,000 refugees across the Red Sea to Djibouti and displace more than 230,000 people inside the country, the UN refugee agency warned Tuesday. Over 100,000 civilians have already been uprooted, and UNHCR says its Yemen operation is only 18 percent funded for 2026.
