Liverpool Launches Initiative to Diversify Women's Football

Liverpool FC has launched Beyond the Goalposts, a programme to create pathways for black and marginalised girls and women in football. Forward Aurélie Csillag, who helped shape the initiative, said visibility and role models are key. Sessions begin on 1 October, funded by the Premier League, offering mentoring, leadership and on-pitch support.
