Astronaut Captures City Lights and Auroras From ISS

NASA astronaut Anil Menon photographed streaking city lights, glowing auroras and star trails from the International Space Station, about 262 miles above Earth. The long exposure shows Central Asian cities blurring as the station travels at roughly 17,500 mph, with green, red and orange auroras and star trails across space.
