Clancy lawyer seeks probe of juror after mistrial

The defence lawyer for Lindsay Clancy, the Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three children, has asked a judge to investigate a juror's mobile phone use and questionnaire answers after the trial ended in a mistrial. Attorney Kevin Reddington also filed a motion to dismiss the case. Prosecutors have not said whether they will retry Clancy.
