About half of rural American voters say the economy is worse now than when President Donald Trump returned to office, according to a new AP-KFF poll of more than 2,000 rural registered voters. Groceries, gas and healthcare costs are top concerns, and only about four in ten approve of Trump's economic handling, though roughly half still approve of his overall job performance.
