A New York judge sentenced Harvey Weinstein to 15 years in prison on Wednesday for sexually assaulting former production assistant Miriam Haley in 2006. The sentencing follows his June 2025 conviction at a retrial, after his 2020 conviction was overturned. Weinstein, 74, denied the assault and apologized in court.
