The FBI is investigating a claim by cybercrime group ShinyHunters that it stole sensitive data on about 38,000 personnel, including agents' names, badge numbers, home addresses, and phone numbers. The hackers breached FBI systems via an Oracle cloud vulnerability and are demanding the FBI retract an advisory about them within a week or they will publish the full databases.
