SpaceX completed a wet dress rehearsal for Starship on Sept. 24, keeping the megarocket on track for its first orbital launch attempt on Sept. 28. The 14th test flight will send the Ship upper stage into orbit for the first time, deploying 26 next-generation Starlink satellites before splashing down in the Pacific off Chile.
