Jackson police say Tasia Fortune, a 29-year-old mother of four found hanging from a tree in August, was already dead before her body was placed there, and that the scene was staged. Three people have been arrested. Her mother, Christy Spivey, says she now has more questions, with no cause or date of death disclosed.
