A 25-year single-centre study of 3,473 hepatocellular carcinoma patients found interventional radiology remained the most utilised specialty, treating 72.6%. After atezolizumab plus bevacizumab approval, its patient share fell from 75.7% to 64.6%, while procedural volume held steady. Practice shifted sharply toward transarterial radioembolisation, which rose to 86.8% of procedures as chemoembolisation declined.
