AAP's Bhardwaj Calls Delhi Minister 'Coward' Over Slap Video

AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj on Sunday called PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh a "coward" after a viral video showed him slapping a youth during a road inspection in Tilak Nagar. The youth, Saheb, said he was recording the road's poor condition and that police were present; an FIR has been lodged. Singh denies the allegations, claiming AAP MLA Jarnail Singh's supporters abused him and demanded commissions.
