Embraer has selected Mahindra Group as its partner for the Indian Air Force's 60-aircraft Multi-Role Transport Aircraft programme, offering the KC-390 Millennium jet. The deal includes an option for 50% more aircraft. Five companies, including Mahindra, Tata, HAL, Reliance Defence and Adani, received Requests for Proposal. Embraer also partners with Adani for civilian aircraft.
