A slow-moving nor'easter battered the northeastern United States for a second day, flooding low-lying areas in New Jersey and New York City and cutting power to more than 100,000 customers. One New York City housing authority worker died Saturday when a tree fell. The storm cancelled over 250 flights at Boston Logan and is expected to linger through Sunday.
