Adani Group Settles MPS Case for Rs 1.48 Crore as SEBI Drops Vinod Adani Allegations

Adani Group paid Rs 1.48 crore to settle minimum public shareholding enforcement proceedings with SEBI, covering four companies and 14 individuals including Gautam and Rajesh Adani. In a separate order, SEBI found no evidence that Vinod Adani controlled FPI investments in the same companies, saying the alleged MPS violation could not be sustained. The settlement does not admit wrongdoing.
