FIFA Accuses UEFA of Misinformation in Election Dispute

FIFA has accused UEFA of waging a misinformation campaign and trying to influence its presidential election, urging a US court to reject UEFA's discovery request over Gianni Infantino's abandoned World Cup rights plan. UEFA seeks testimony for a Swiss criminal complaint, alleging Infantino bypassed governance and undervalued rights at $20bn. Infantino seeks re-election in March.
