Jack Smith to Testify He Won't Be Silenced by Threats

Former special counsel Jack Smith will tell the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that he "will not be silenced by continued threats of prosecution" from the Trump administration. He stands by the federal indictments against President Trump, saying he acted without regard to politics and would prosecute again on the same facts. Smith also faces a referral from Rep. Jim Jordan over alleged false testimony.
