Ethiopia Accuses Eritrea, Sudan, Egypt of Backing Armed Groups

Ethiopia's army chief accused Eritrea, Sudan, and Egypt of backing armed opposition groups as fighting spreads across Tigray, Amhara, and Afar. All three countries rejected the allegations.
