UK PM Burnham Vows Sweeping Public Service Expansion

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham promised a radical expansion of public services in his first Labour conference speech, including a free National Care Service, pension changes by 2030, cheaper home deposits and public ownership of water and electricity. He said Britain had been on the wrong path for 40 years and pledged to break with the past.
