CISF Jawan Kills 4 Colleagues at Kathua Hydel Project

A CISF head constable allegedly opened fire at the Sewa hydroelectric project in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday evening, killing four colleagues, including an assistant commandant. The accused, Abhidesh Kumar, was overpowered and arrested; his service rifle was seized. The victims died at an NHPC hospital. Investigations are ongoing.
