Residents have blocked Garvaghy Road in Portadown for days to stop an Orange Order parade from marching through the predominantly Catholic area for the first time in 28 years. The Court of Appeal overturned an injunction late on Saturday, clearing a scaled-down, silent march of 35 Orangemen. Police have so far refused permission, citing violence risk, and the standoff remains peaceful.
