Tata Group whistleblower complaints top 12,000 since FY22

Tata Group companies have logged over 12,000 whistleblower complaints since FY22, when N Chandrasekaran began his second term as Tata Sons chairman, according to Moneycontrol's review of annual disclosures. Complaints surged, with 80% filed between FY24 and FY26 and a record 3,500 in FY26. TCS accounted for 40% of all complaints. The disclosures come amid a governance dispute between Tata Sons and the Noel Tata-led Tata Trusts.
