Nine former women Naxals from Sukma set for Bollywood debut

Nine former women Naxals from Sukma, Chhattisgarh, are set to act in a Hindi film after catching the eye of filmmaker Aakash Aditya Lama at a Raipur handloom fashion show in August. The women will audition, with selected candidates undergoing a 10-15-day acting workshop. Shooting is expected across Chhattisgarh, including Sukma, in November and December.
