British pop star Olivia Dean faces a lawsuit alleging her song 'I've Seen It' copies the melody of Bill Withers' 1981 hit 'Just The Two of Us'. The suit, filed in California by Withers' publishers, names Dean's label Capitol Records and Universal Music Group, but not Dean herself. A musicologist cited 'substantial similarities'. The defendants have not yet responded.
