Actor Dino Morea was arrested by Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing on October 2 after eight hours of questioning over alleged irregularities in Mithi river desilting contracts. The BMC allegedly lost Rs 65.54 crore. Morea's name surfaced from phone records; he and his brother Santino were questioned in May 2025. The ED is separately investigating.
